Speaker1:
G'day, mate. Pete's been sick as a dog this week, so he's asked listeners to suggest a prompt for Chatgpt to create a fictional story which is going to be read out by an AI voice. That's me. My name is Rachel.
Today's story comes from Gabriel, who suggested the following prompt. "Create a story in which an Australian and an American guy were living together in Brazil, where they needed to learn how to speak Portuguese. But actually they were secret agents, and the main mission was to find a hidden agent who is planning to get secret information and spread it out. Include emotion, action and fiction in the story."
And now for the story that Chatgpt created.
"Once upon a time there were two roommates living in Brazil. Jack, an Australian and Mike an American. They had been assigned to work together on a top secret mission for their respective intelligence agencies. The mission was to locate a hidden agent who was planning to steal secret information and distribute it to other countries."
"The duo had been trained in many languages, but unfortunately Portuguese wasn't one of them. They knew they had to learn the language quickly to blend in with the locals and gather information discreetly. The first few weeks were tough and they struggled to communicate with people."
Speaker1:
"But with the help of a friendly neighbour, Ana, they were able to pick up the basics. As they started to blend in more, they began to notice a strange pattern of activity in the neighbourhood. They saw people lurking around and sometimes they would hear strange noises at night. Jack and Mike knew they had to investigate and find out what was going on."
"One night, they decided to follow a suspicious looking individual who seemed to be up to no good. They trailed him to a secluded location where he was meeting with someone else. They observed from afar and were shocked to see that the other person was the very agent they had been sent to locate."
"The adrenaline rush of finding the agent kicked in and they knew they had to act fast. Jack and Mike quickly radioed their respective agencies and waited for backup. As they waited, they saw the agent handing over a secret file to his accomplice. They knew they couldn't let them get away."
"Without hesitation, they sprang into action, chasing the agents through the narrow streets of Brazil. The chase was intense and they had to dodge obstacles along the way."
Speaker1:
"But eventually they were able to catch up and apprehend the culprits as they arrested the agents. Jack and Mike couldn't help but feel a sense of relief and pride. Their mission had been successful, and they had prevented sensitive information from getting into the wrong hands."
"They also couldn't help but be proud of their newfound language skills, which had helped them blend in and gather vital intel with the Mission accomplished. Jack and Mike returned to their apartment, exhausted but satisfied. They knew they had made a difference, and they couldn't wait for their next mission, wherever that may take them."
I hope you guys enjoyed today's episode. Unfortunately, Pete's too stingy to sign up for an account and create an AI voice with an Australian accent this week, but might try it in the future.
If you are enjoying these episodes and would like to hear more of them. On that note, please send me, I mean Pete, a message on Instagram, Facebook or via email and let him know what you thought of today's episode. And if you'd like to suggest a prompt for the next one, include that in the message too. Anyway, that's it for today, mate. Catch you next time!
